Certification:
$210.00 does not include 2006 text cost
Recertification:
$165.00 (A copy of your current card is required upon
registration. Those
recertifying need only attend day 1 (the first day) of class.) does not include 2006 text cost
Textbook:
$40.00-includes: CD-ROM with pretest, (The 2006 ACLS student
provider manual is the required text for this class. If you
do
not already have this text please add an additional $40.00 to your
registration or click the link for our vendor below. All
students
are required to complete the
pre-course assessment and the pre-course preparation check list and
bring the score sheet and check list with them on the first day of
class.)
Cancelations:
A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all cancelations and class
transfers. Those cancelling on the day of the class (or
absent
without notifying AEC Admin) will forfeit their entire course fee.

will be considered registered for a class only upon receipt of both
registration form and payment. Once your complete
registration
with payment is received, you will then be sent a confirmation letter

the facilitator) will be applied to all non-contract courses
